My husband and I would like to express how happy we are with our new copper pipes. We recently bought a 1950’s ranch house with the original plumbing – needless to say it needed to be replaced!

We obtained several quotes, but ultimately chose MasterServ based on their professionalism, quality products, and guaranteed work.

A crew was sent immediately to work on our house. Adis and his partner were professional, polite, and on-time. They took time to explain everything, which was much appreciated as we are first time homeowners. The person who patched our walls did an excellent job and was extremely efficient and clean.

Overall, we had an excellent experience with MasterServ and we will not hesitate to use them again or refer them to our friends.

Repiping - Thanks for Saving My Life

Thanks for saving my life last week, repiping the hot water recirc line in my ceiling and also the "verticals" - the hot water pipes serving the sinks/shower for me and my upstairs neighbor.

These past eight months have been a nightmare. In April 2008, as I was leaving for work, I was detained by a waterfall spurting from the custom bookcase in my living room. Months later, in September 2008, as I was packing for a trip, I noticed all my clothes were wet, soaked by water emanating from my bedroom ceiling. This past January (2009), my bedroom ceiling sprung another leak, and I knew I had to find a solution before any more damage was done.

Before locating MasterServ, I interviewed many plumbers, none of whom knew what to do. I was just about ready to give up, when Tim G. walked into my condominium, reviewed my problem, told me what he'd recommend, wrote up a bid, and told me to get ready because plumbers Ivo, Dmitri, and Martin would start work at my home on Monday.

MasterServ's two crews (plumbing and drywall, the latter team including Glenn and Jores) were excellent - prompt, professional, friendly, innovative, and tidy. Innovative meant Ivo and his teammates found a way to repipe the verticals without disrupting the tile in my kitchen or bathroom, or plywood sheer walls in my living room and bedroom. Any such disruption would have meant an expensive repair for me.

Tidy meant a savings of the $1,500 I expected to pay renting an apartment during the repipe. Before MasterServ, one plumber told me his repair would take a month (not including any drywall repairs). But the MasterServ teams were done in four days; the repipe happened on Monday and Tuesday, the city inspection on Wednesday, and Glenn and Jores were finished by the end of Thursday.

When I came home from work each day during this four-day period, I couldn't believe how immaculate my home was. During the repipe itself, yes, there were neat square-shaped holes in various places, but no dust anywhere. The holes disappeared once the drywallers got to work, but even after this phase, no dust! Glenn told me his trick was: Just cover everything. Thanks to Ivo, Glenn, and their teams, I didn't have to move. So MasterServ not only did a fine job, they saved me money.

I also would like to express gratitude to Jim (field supervisor), Buffy, Derek, Larry, and Sarah.

I'm now sitting here planning my next trip (with the money I saved during this experience). I'm going to the same place as last year, and, this year, when I board the plane, I know I won't be fretting about leaks in my condominium.

Repiping of the Whole House

From the estimate, to the re-piping, to the final drywall repair, everything was done with care and respect for the comfort of our family.

Jose gave us our estimate and the next two days Lorenzo and his crew came and worked hard completing the re-piping of the whole house. They protected the carpeting and left everything clean when they were done.

Then Glen came and did all the drywall patching with great professionalism.

Fantastic Job Repiping My Home

I just wanted to write a quick thank you for Cruz and his partner. They did a fantastic job on the
in my home.

I can truly say that they appeared to be the cleanest, least messy individuals in my home all week. If it were not for the change in water pressure, the occasional new hole in the wall or my coming home during the day to see them working, I would not know each evening that they had been there.

They are extremely clean, efficient and diligent. They stopped to answer any questions I had and to make sure that I was satisfied with the work to be done.

Additionally, the dedication of this team probably saved my home from fire damage, as in the course of their work, they discovered 7 exposed wire splices in my attic and informed me promptly so that I could have an electrician repair them.

Repiping Our Two-story House

Thank you for your excellent service in completely repiping our two-story house with 4 bathrooms, three showers, 2 tubs, kitchen and bar and laundry room. We couldn't believe it only took three days to pipe and one day to plaster.

Your experts were friendly and courteous and very clean.

For the first time in the 10 years we've lived in our house, we finally have a full and refreshing shower in the master bath!!

And the tankless water heater and circulating pump are the only way to go! No more wasting water waiting for it to get hot, and no more using energy to heat water that doesn't get used.

Wanted Repipe Done ASAP

You were recommended by a Roto Rooter plumber to have our home (built in 1965) repiped, since a leak appeared to be under the cement slab. He mentioned MasterServ as being the most known and my wife called your office the same day.

Your Sales Rep Tony came in on Wednesday and told us all about your operations and since our house is a "leaker" we wanted to have the repipe done asap. We were elated that the repipe could be scheduled the following Monday.

On Monday, around 8:00 am, Vigen and Wosa were at our door and started working very professionally on the project without waste of time and quickly, and minimal damage to the walls and front lawn. We were impressed with their performance in less than two days, finishing on Tuesday afternoon.

Jores did an excellent job on the repatch job on Thursday morning and afternoon.

On Monday, the city inspector gave the final approval.

We are pleased with the job done by MasterServ and will not hesitate to recommend to others MasterServ's professionalism.

I had a very satisfactory experience with your crew headed by Adis. They repiped our home and solved a chronic problem with the piping coming in from the street, which no one else had been able to properly diagnose.
